- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (in-person appointments; Telehealth available, but Tuesday is prioritized for Telehealth)
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (TeleHealth only)

To make your first visit as smooth as possible, please:
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- Bring your insurance card and photo ID
- Complete any pre-visit paperwork sent to you
- Bring a list of current medications
